Other content on this blog is either [a] out of copyright and now in the public domain, [b] reproduced with permission or consistently with a Creative Commons license, or [c] used consistently with the ‘fair dealing’ provisions of the Australian Copyright Act 1968. This allow reproduction of copyrighted material for the purposes of research and study or criticism or review, among other uses. The copyright status of any additional material will be listed at the end of the blog entry after the references. It is not always placed with an image, so please check. If you own copyright that I have not identified, or you disagree with the fair dealing usage of any material please drop me a line.
The National Library of Australia has a very helpful tool to work out whether material is in copyright, found here.
All links to other sites are provided in good faith for the purpose of scholarship and reference. The Secret Visitors Project has no control over the content of other sites and does not necessarily endorse anything that they say or claim.
Comments
Obviously if I didn’t welcome comments I would not have set up the blog. However, because I want broad readership I reserve the right to edit blogs where they contain offensive material or drift beyond the subject matter. Flaming, spamming and so on will not be tolerated and repeat offenders will be banned. If you want to convince people about your point of view then you should work on putting up coherent arguments based on good evidence that hold up to scrutiny. It tends to help.
When you post a comment you agree to waive any personal copyright or intellectual property rights in your comments, which will become part of the text of the site that is covered by the Creative Commons license [see above]. If you have a problem with that, then don’t post.
